Meet the Unify Team
Brandon is Unify’s Chief Creative Director. Initially studying photo-journalism at the Art Institute in Colorado, Brandon would go on to develop a passion for the art of storytelling. Soon after college, he followed his entrepreneurial instincts and started his first company in 2001 called Visionary Reflections, creating video biographies.
Brandon met his wife one afternoon after his team’s victory at a rec-league volleyball tournament. The two would go on to move to the Midwest and begin their family. In the upcoming years, he would expand his skill set and strive to strengthen his relationships with his clients to ensure he was best satisfying their needs.
In 2007, Brandon created his award-winning PBS Documentary, “Paving The Way”, the critically acclaimed piece airs on national television and speaks to his versatile production capability. Now a bonafide jack of all trades, Brandon leads the team at Unify Agency ensuring that each and every client of Unify is being seen, heard, and understood.
Bethany handles editorial work and project management. After studying non-profit management from Lindenwood University, she found herself at NW Metro Atlanta Habitat for Humanity. Hired initially as the administrative assistant, she held multiple positions at Habitat.
Throughout her time there, her responsibilities ranged from seeing construction projects to completion, writing project grants for capital campaigns, to helping individuals along the daunting journey of becoming homeowners. And as her positions shifted over the years, one thing remained constant: her strong passion for helping people reach their goals.
When she isn’t managing projects, she spends her time listening to live music or hiking and exploring in the great outdoors alongside her husband and 2 crazy red headed boys. Known as “The Ultimate People’s Person” here at Unify, Bethany is there for the client every step of the way.
DJ became a content creator in high school when he would create music videos designed to bring communities together. After making anthems about his high school and city, he would go on to create “The Missouri Anthem”. A project that he filmed over the span of 8 months, traveling 3,400 miles in the state and visiting 53 different cities.
This led to him being invited by the Missouri Board of Tourism to work with tourism boards across the state to create videos to help positively promote the communities. During an internship in Washington D.C. at ImpactHub, he had the opportunity to work side by side with entrepreneurs and enjoyed the process of helping turn their brand vision into advertisements in the form of video.
When he’s not chopping up clips, DJ spends time with his Chiweenie (Chihuahua/Dachshund Mix) or traveling and meeting new people. As part of the video, DJ helps tell the stories of the clients of Unify.
Kevin’s passion lies within the world of design. Initially studying journalism in New York, he grew tired of the cut and dry routine of reporting. It wasn’t until he began taking a few graphic design courses that he stumbled upon what would become his newfound passion.
The first opportunities he had, came from close friends and relatives who were looking to update their websites, create business cards or wanted to design logos. It was then that he saw the potential of helping people turn their visions into real-life concepts that can be applied through graphic design.
He began to design professionally, later going on to work at universities such as Cornell (NYC) and Wash-U (St. Louis), where his main role was overseeing web design. Between birthday parties and sporting events, the father, husband, and former Rugby player doesn’t have too many quiet weekends. Now designing on the Unify team, Kevin helps to ensure that the vision of clients become reality.
Bo is a multi-media designer. Getting his first taste of graphic design in high school when his father, head coach of the basketball program, asked him to design the t-shirt for the team. After receiving great feedback from the community, this would then lead to other organizations within the school to begin requesting shirts designed by Bo. It wasn’t until the Lewis & Clark Career Center asked for a new logo, that Bo developed an interest for logo design.
Bo followed his passion, attending Full Sail University in Orlando, FL, where he studied digital arts & design. After graduation, he began freelance work, designing logos for various companies.
When he isn’t adding life and movement to brands, Bo spends his time playing video games or drawing. Bo now brings his animation and graphic design skills to the clients of Unify.
Get to know the people we've worked with.
I am a small business owner and when I reached out to Unify Creative Agency I was looking for someone to take some photos and help produce a commercial.
I expected a normal transactional process, but what I got was so much more. Brandon spent time learning about my business, not just the “what”, but the “why.” Brandon dug well past the surface to understand us and tell our story.
The team at Unify was flexible and fun to collaborate with! Overall, it helped sharpen my focus and better define my message. I contacted Brandon to have him create digital content but instead he helped develop my brand. The process was not transactional, it was transformational.

Brandon produced a brand, website and film series that enables us to attract and retain new folks to our online offerings, a long-time goal but unattainable goal of ours. He provided us not just what we wanted but also stuff we didn't know we needed. His keen sense of balancing artistic, business and technical priorities proved that he was the right person for us!
